Overview

Welcome to the MeetRox API — the programmatic interface to your conversation intelligence data.

With the MeetRox API you can:

• Retrieve conversation data — access recorded calls, transcriptions, AI summaries, and speech metrics
• List workspace users — discover agents, their roles and their custom user fields for integration purposes
• Query call types — fetch the conversation categories configured in your workspace
• Import recordings — send audio recordings from external VoIP systems directly into MeetRox (Early Access)

Base URL

All API requests are made to:

https://api.meetrox.ai/v1

Authentication

Every request requires an API key sent in the x-api-key header. See Authentication for details on how to generate and use your key.

Versioning

The current API version is v1. Breaking changes will be introduced under a new version prefix (e.g., /api/v2). We will provide advance notice before deprecating any version.

Rate Limits

Requests are rate-limited to 100 requests per minute per API key. The call import endpoint has a stricter limit of 10 requests per hour per workspace. See Rate Limits for details.
