Call Types

Call types (also referred to as conversation types) are categories defined in your MeetRox workspace. They determine which scorecards, AI summaries, and CRM autofill rules apply to each conversation.

Use this endpoint to discover the available call types and retrieve their IDs — for example, when importing calls via POST /v1/calls/import.

List Call Types

GET /v1/call-types

Returns a paginated list of call types for the authenticated workspace.

Query Parameters

Parameter	Type	Description
`archived`	boolean	Filter by archived status. `true` returns only archived types; `false` returns only active ones. Omit to return all.

Standard cursor-based pagination parameters (first, after, last, before) are also supported.
